First in-person meeting of IATA‘s Fatigue Management Task Force in Montreal this week, kicking off the 2023-2025 term.
It has been a great experience getting insides and working with human factors and fatigue experts from airlines around the world, discussing various perspectives on such important topic.
Thanks International Air Transport Association (IATA) and Antonella Cavacini for making this happen and Jim Mangie for pushing a challenging agenda, as well as all the other task force members for such open and constructive discussions. It‘s a great team to address some pressing issues and to move forward new approaches like factor based fatigue risk metrics and classification for the aviation industry.
